Global Wind Day 2017

APREN and SENVION celebrated Global Windy Day with the exposure of a wind turbine blade in Lisbon. The event, which took place between June 15 and 18 in Parque das Nações (next to MEO Arena), also had didactic activities for children, dedicated to the theme of renewable energies.

With this initiative - supported by Junta de Freguesia do Parque das Nações, LASO, Lisbon E-Nova and Ria Blades - was intended to raise awareness about environmental issues and the importance of the wind sector in Portugal.
