Javier García Pérez (Bilbao-Spain-1968) - International Offshore Business Director in Iberdrola (Oct-2018 - Present): Industrial Engineer from the High School of Industrial Engineers of Bilbao, Diploma of Advanced Studies in Thermal Engineering from the UPV-EHU and PDD from IESE. Beginning of professional activity at CADEM-EVE Group, a semi-state owned company in the field of energy between 1993-95 as a member of the International Department (International Cooperation for Energy consultancy projects). 1995-1999: IDOM Engineering, joining the Energy Department. Involvement during more than 4 years in energy efficiency, cogeneration and energy consulting projects. Joined in the year 1999 the Iberdrola group (first in Iberdrola Diversificación and later in Iberdrola Renovables), initially developing cogeneration projects and later on in renewables business, initially as head of the North Geographical Area and later on as responsible for Business Development in Spain. January-2.013 to October-2.018: Business Director of Wikinger Project responsible for the development of the Wikinger Offshore Wind project (German Baltic Sea 350MW-1,400M Investment Euro). Since Oct-2018, Director of International Offshore Business, responsible for the development of the international offshore business in Iberdrola (P&L of the business, stakeholders, partnerships). From Nov-21, focused on Europe.
