Rui Miguel Gonçalves
E-Redes | Director of Strategy and Regulation
Rui Gonçalves is director of Strategy and Regulation at E-REDES, the Portuguese DSO, since 2020.
He has worked in electricity distribution for over 20 years, covering different areas, including network planning, technology and innovation, smart grids and business development.
He represents E-REDES in ERSE’s Tariff and Advisory Councils and integrates Eurelectric’s Regulation and Network Customers Workgroup.
Rui received his degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, in Lisbon, and Holds an MBA from the Nova School of Business and Economics.
