Christophe Arnaud is Policy Adviser at SolarPower Europe, where he is responsible for market design advocacy and analysis. He represents the association in all matters and foras related to the market design initiative. 

He is also leading the association’s work on building-integrated photovoltaics and renewables’ potential in buildings, supporting SolarPower Europe’s BIPV Task Force. 

Finally, he takes an active part in the EU-funded CrowdfundRES project which looks at the potential of crowdfunding for the development of renewables in Europe.

He previously worked on smart appliances and demand response potential of households at CECED the European home appliance trade association, as well as on energy policy in the European Commission and then for the network operator Enedys in its Brussels office.

He studied European and international Law in Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne, and European policies in Bordeaux IV, and speaks four languages.
