Degree (pre-Bologna) in Electrical and Computer Engineering - branch of Energy Systems, Faculty of Engineering of Univ. Port.
 
Between 2003 and 2007 he was a collaborator in the management of wind projects of the ENERSIS promoter in the areas of Construction supervision, Testing and electrical commissioning and connection to the network of new wind farms.
 
In 2007, he joined the technical staff of ENERCON GmbH, a German manufacturer of wind technology, collaborating in a first phase to carry out studies and simulations for the implementation of wind farms in complex orography (Site Assessment).

He is a member of ENERCON's "Grid Integration" technical department since 2008, responsible for the Portugal-Spain-Italy region, providing timely support to Latin American and African markets.

Among several projects, he was directly involved in the ENEOP (1200MW) wind power consortium in Portugal, of which he is the author of a technical article, and the pioneering hydroelectric project on the island of El Hierro (Canary Islands).

He regulary attends international conferences related to the Integration of renewables in the electrical system and is a member of technical committees in Spain and Italy, in the area of ​​electricity generation.
