Carlos Alvarez

Huawei Chief Smart Grid Scientist

Carlos is the Chief Grid Scientist of Huawei.

He received his PhD in 2011 on Double Fed Induction Generator (DFIG) wind turbines and voltage dips in the Carlos III University of Madrid, Spain, and Lund University, Sweden. His main interests are renewable energies, power quality, grid integration and standardization.
